The full service includes all staging needs for all rooms and areas: 

Entrances, hallways, kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, bedrooms, studies, bathrooms, laundries, outdoor areas.

Specialised rooms and areas:

Nurseries, rumpus rooms, conservatories, mud rooms, utility rooms, studios, play rooms, sauna and gymnasiums, pools and pool houses. 

Tickadeeboo will provide:

Furniture, soft furnishings, linen, accessories, candles and diffusers, mirrors, art, lamps that work, books and magazine, toys, and if needed, plants, fresh flowers and herbs. 

All quotes  include freight, Tickadeeboo design team, install, removal, insurance, and clean up ready for settlement.

Optional extra's (additional cost)

  • Fresh flowers and herbs delivery and install weekly or fortnightly.

  • Plant hire 

  • Storage and freight

Tickadeebouje Stage

Tickadeeboo has now created another range to complement the Signature styling range.  

This new styling range offers a more cost effective staging and styling option for the more typical home. The design concept is a contemporary mix with a skandy,  relaxed vibe that will appeal to many buyers and work with many homes. The palette is natural and neutral with universal appeal.

This new range will be still styled by the amazing Tickadeeboo team and your home will still be totally gorgeous. 

They will still visit your property, discuss what needs to be done and provide a written quote. They will be working to present your property at its absolute best to attract more buyers and maximise your sale price.

Whether it is the signature range or Tickadeebougie that you are looking for, the team are there to maximise results and present your property at its finest.

Pricing

  • 1 brm property will $2400 plus GST & freight

  • 2 brm property $2800 plus GST & freight

  • 3 brm $3200 plus GST & freight

Add ons (all prices exclude GST)

  • Extra bedroom single to average is $280

  • Large size bedroom $350

  • Extra average size Living room or sunroom $650

  • Large living room $880

  • Outdoor area extra $200 to $600 depending on size

  • Fresh flowers $50 to $135 depending on size of property 

  • Extras plants and pots plus service $200 per large tree


Partial Stage

Available for occupied and partially furnished property (some conditions apply).

Each property is individually appraised following an on-site consultancy and photo documentation.

Working in with clients furnishings -  Our styling experts  can advise you on which items to keep, remove or replace. 

Also includes freight, Tickadeeboo design team, install, removal. Each property is individually appraised.

Interior Design

Tickadeeboo can offer an interior design consult - Meeting with the client, view and appraise the property. 

We will discuss what you are not happy with and what you are happy with, colours (interior and exterior), furnishings and decor. We can either do the whole house or room by room. Costs start from $350 (minimum 1.5 hours).  

Trade co-ordination

Tickadeeboo can organise - Electricians, flooring and tiling, painters, gardeners,  water blasting, house washing, block layers, builders, roofers, plumbers, plant hire, freight and storage.

Consultancy

Selling or not selling your home. An expert eye to add finesse to your home decor, a styling consultant 1.5 hours $350 plus GST.

Prop hire

Tickadeeboo hires furnishings for photoshoots, meetings, movie sets, etc.  Lets chat...
