ROZ SCOTT
DIRECTOR

Born and raised in Wellington, New Zealand, I was a self taught window dresser and merchant designer for companies. I decided to up-skill myself and went to polytechnic, before going out on my own. My company was called "Mannequin design". I worked all around Wellington for many big companies and boutique’s and made all my own props and backdrops.

I decided I would like to become a builder like my dad (as it is in the blood) after five generations but dad said "you’re not getting any younger, why don’t you sell houses instead; buy a few and do them up?". So I did! Nineteen years later I'm still in real estate, but in a slightly different way. I love interior and exterior design and have been on many courses over the years learning colours, textiles, furnishings, window treatments, refurbishing furniture and collecting fabulous collectables from around the world.

BARB

After years of diverse work experience and owning her own business for 17 years, Barb joined the Tickadeeboo team after discovering her passion for homes and interior design.

Barb brings her own sense of creativity to Tickadeeboo, and helps with the team to juxtapose the old with the new to create the right balance for every home.

When Barb is not helping the team transform homes, she can be found walking her dog Coco and spending time with family.

LISA

Lisa graduated from Nannette Cameron Interior Design School. Her love of design started at a young age moving furniture around the house while her parents were at work. 

After 16 years living in Aspen Colorado, working in Interior Design and Property Management Industry she moved her young family home to NZ to grow up.  Since then she has been working casually on Interior Design projects while her family are at school. 

You will find Lisa on weekends at sports fields attending her two children’s games.  In her spare time she enjoys family and friends, cafe culture of Wellington, and walking the Eastern Suburbs hills and beaches with her dog Milo.  

HELAINA

Helaina has been working part time at Tickadeeboo for two years whilst doing a nursing degree. 

Helaina has experience in photography and has taken some of the Tickadeeboo portfolio. 

We also never need a ladder when we have Helaina (6ft2 tall)

CHARLOTTE

Charlotte graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Art History and Classics. It was Charlottes appreciation of art and beautiful objects that led her to pursue a part time role in home staging with Tickadeeboo.

prior to this she worked for a materials handling company before taking time off to raise a family. During this time she became heavily involved in fundraising activities as chairperson for their local kindergarten - this included project managing the renovation of the kindergarten building. 

When Charlotte isn't being a taxi driver for her two young boys she enjoys watching tv series and skiing.

NICI

After living in Sydney for 17 years with her 3 children Nici now lives at Waikanae beach and is loving being home reconnecting with friends and family but is not enjoying the cold!

An artist at heart, painting blooms on large canvases.

Nici enjoys taking Levi the 13 year old lab for walks on Waikanae beach in her free time.
